1. What are the delivery costs?
Shipping is free for all orders shipped to France, Belgium, and the United Kingdom. No hidden fees or surcharges apply. All prices include VAT.

2. What are the processing and delivery times?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Shipping time is then 4 to 8 business days, bringing the total delivery time to 5 to 11 business days. These times may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or logistical disruptions.

3. What is the cut-off time for my order to be processed the same day?
Orders placed before 6:00 p.m. (CET/CEST, Paris) for France and Belgium, or before 5:00 p.m. (GMT/BST, London) for the United Kingdom, on working days, are processed the same day.
Orders placed after this time, on weekends or holidays, will be processed the following business day.

4. What is the return period?
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of return, without having to provide a reason. Products must be new, unused, and returned in their original sealed packaging.

5. What are the reimbursement deadlines and terms?
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 7 business days, using the same payment method used for your order. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is issued.

6. Can I exchange a product?
We currently do not accept exchanges. If a product is defective or incorrect, please contact us for a refund or replacement, but we do not offer standard exchanges.

7. What are your customer service hours?
Our customer service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Paris time, CET/CEST), and Saturday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Paris time, CET/CEST).
We are closed on Sundays.
We are committed to responding to all requests within 24 hours during business days.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Shop Pay and Bancontact (for customers in Belgium).

9. In what currency are the prices displayed?
All prices and transactions are quoted in euros (EUR) for France and Belgium, and in pounds sterling (GBP) for the United Kingdom, unless otherwise stated. VAT is included where applicable.
