1. What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is free for all orders shipped to France, Belgium, Spain, Ireland and the United Kingdom. No hidden fees or additional charges apply.

2. What are the processing and delivery times?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Shipping then takes 4 to 8 business days, resulting in a total delivery time of 5 to 11 business days. These timeframes may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or logistical disruptions.

3. What is the cut-off time for same-day order processing?
Orders placed before 6:00pm (CET/CEST, Paris) for France, Belgium, Spain and Ireland, or before 5:00pm (GMT/BST, London) for the United Kingdom, on business days are processed the same day.
Orders placed after this time, during weekends or on public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

4. What is the return period?
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of return, without providing a reason. Products must be new, unused, and returned in their original sealed packaging.

5. What are the refund timeframes and methods?
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days using the same payment method used for your order. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

6. Can I exchange a product?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If a product is defective or incorrect, please contact us for a refund or replacement, but standard exchanges are not available.

7. What are your customer service opening hours?
Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (Paris time, CET/CEST), and on Saturdays from 12:00pm to 5:00pm (Paris time, CET/CEST).
We are closed on Sundays.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on business days.

8. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Shop Pay and Bancontact (for customers in Belgium).

9. In which currency are prices displayed?
All prices and transactions are displayed in euros (EUR) for France, Belgium, Spain and Ireland, and in pounds sterling (GBP) for the United Kingdom, unless stated otherwise.
