  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Order cut-off time: 6:00pm (CET/CEST, Paris) / 5:00pm (GMT/BST, London).
  • Orders placed after this time, during the weekend or on public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
  • We currently only accept orders in France, Belgium, Spain, Ireland and the United Kingdom.

  • Delivery is free for all orders in France, Belgium, Spain, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
  • The average delivery time is 5 to 8 business days.
  • The total estimated delivery time is 5 to 11 business days after the order.
  • External factors (weather, logistical disruptions) may cause delays.
  • All orders benefit from tracking with insurance included.
  • Note: Our business days are Monday to Saturday.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return period: you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return a product.
  • Conditions: Items must be new, in a resellable condition and, where possible, returned with their original packaging, labels, accessories and documentation.
  • Return costs: Returns not related to a defect are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refund timeframe: Refund within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the return.
